- No partial refunds will be made if the purchaser does not attend the full number of days included in the purchased season ticket.
- Access will be subject to the presentation of the corresponding wristband. The condition of the wristband will be assessed to allow access to designated areas of the event.
- Season tickets purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled for reasons not attributable to the attendees, in which case the refund procedures established by the organisation will be followed.
